How we handle what you send us through this site.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, phone number, email, the state of the charge and anything you write in the message. Our site host also records basic technical information, like your browser and pages visited, to keep the site running.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest before we take a case. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone outside the firm except the service providers who run our site and email.
How long we keep it
Messages from people who don't become clients are deleted after a year. Client files are kept for as long as the rules for lawyers in each state require.
Your choices
Ask us to see or delete what you've sent by writing to hello@abernathylisowski.com or calling (720) 555-0147.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be on this page.
