When we become your lawyers

Visiting this site, calling us, emailing us or sending the form doesn't create an attorney-client relationship. We represent you only after we've agreed to take your case and we've both signed a fee agreement.

Past results

Comments from clients and descriptions of past cases don't predict or promise the outcome of any other case. Each case turns on its own facts and the law that applies to it.

Confidential information

Please don't send confidential details of your case through the contact form or by email before we represent you. Tell us only the charge, the state and your next court date, and we'll talk through the rest on a call.

Fees

The flat fees on this site are our usual fees for the matters described. Your fee, what it covers and what it doesn't are set out in your written agreement, which controls.
